Guests answer without installing anything

The invitation arrives on WhatsApp or SMS with a personal link for each family. Tap, choose coming or not, mark how many, done. Even grandma answers on her own.

Whoever confirms can also detail how many adults and children are coming, pick a regular, vegetarian, vegan or glatt meal, and write a food allergy note for the kitchen.

You see everything in one place

The RSVP board shows at any moment how many confirmed against how many were invited, how many meals of each kind you need, and who has not answered yet. Tapping a guest opens their full details, including the messages sent to them.

No more spreadsheet and late-night phone calls. Whoever has not answered gets an orderly reminder, and whoever asked to stop receiving messages simply will not get any more.

The numbers someone actually needs

The caterer gets an exact meal count from you based on what guests chose, not an estimate. Seating is built on who actually confirmed, so there are no empty chairs and no surprises at the door.

Even the guests who never reply to messages

Some guests simply do not answer on WhatsApp, so an automated dialer calls them, asks whether they are coming and how many, and writes the answer straight into your list.

Whoever did not pick up either goes into our human call round, so you are not left with twenty question marks a week before the event.

A reminder on the day

On the morning of the event everyone who confirmed gets a message with the time, a navigation link to the hall and their table number. Fewer calls to you while you are getting ready, and fewer guests wandering at the entrance.

And after it is all over

The day after you can send a thank-you message to everyone who came, with a link where guests upload the photos they took. All the pictures gather in one place for you, without chasing anyone individually.
